Ribs 'n' Kabobs offers online ordering through our website for dine-in pickup, takeaway, and delivery (where available). By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to update menu prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount including applicable taxes and fees.

Online orders are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is unavailable or if there is a suspected fraudulent transaction. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled by us.

Promotional codes and discounts are valid only as stated in the offer. Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation without refund of any fraudulently applied discount.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters our kitchen preparation queue immediately. Due to the nature of fresh, made-to-order food, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once preparation has begun.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone at (562) 402-2049. Cancellations requested before preparation begins may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: (a) we are unable to fulfill your order or a specific item; (b) the order was charged incorrectly; (c) the order was significantly incorrect as delivered. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not issue refunds for orders where a customer changes their mind after preparation, orders with minor customization preferences that differ from expectations, or orders that were consumed before a concern was raised.

For delivery orders, if food arrives in an unsatisfactory condition due to a delivery issue on our end, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photographic evidence so we can evaluate an appropriate remedy.

Our menu is subject to change at any time. We strive to keep our online menu current but cannot guarantee that all items will be available at all times. Seasonal items, limited-time offers, and promotional items may be available while supplies last.

All menu items at Ribs 'n' Kabobs are prepared with 100% Zabiha Halal, hand-slaughtered meats. We source exclusively from certified Halal suppliers. Our Halal certification is available for review upon request.

While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen prepares food that may contain common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. If you have severe food allergies, please inform our staff before placing your order.

Calorie counts and nutritional information, where provided, are estimates only. Actual values may vary based on preparation methods, portion size, and ingredient substitutions.

Menu images on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual presentation of dishes served.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photography, video, and digital downloads — is the property of Ribs 'n' Kabobs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States and international copyright laws.

The Ribs 'n' Kabobs name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ribs 'n' Kabobs. You may not use any of our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Limited personal, non-commercial use of our content (such as sharing a menu item image on social media) is permitted provided clear attribution to Ribs 'n' Kabobs is given and no modification is made to the content.
