All chicken is hand slaughtered by Muslim butcher. Each chicken we slaughter we say in the name of Allah ‘Bismillahi Allahu Akbar’. The chickens are fed with vegetarian diet and all naturally grown & that is Food and Drug Administrations (FDA) Approved. Our chickens are fed the normal diet and NO Antibiotic, No Animal fat feed, and No chemical inject are administered to the chicken. The chicken is supplied the same day it is slaughtered. Product is also certified in kosher variety.

  • Harris ranch beef meat is stored at below 40 F’ before processing and distribution to Ribs n Kabobs
  • Upon delivery, the meat is sliced or cut according to needs and specification, followed by it being marinated and stored below 38 ‘F until you’re order!
  • The Meat gets cooked on LAVA ROCK GRILL before being served on your plate
  • The Farm to Plate process here takes 3-4 days
